Completing this form is not an offer, contract, or binding commitment of any kind. It is an exchange of information for the purpose of mutual evaluation. Either party may, at any time and for any reason, decline to proceed with further conversations.
2. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and truthful answers to the best of your knowledge. We rely on these answers to scope, plan, and price any subsequent work. Materially incorrect answers may invalidate any estimate we provide.
3. Confidentiality
We treat the contents of every intake submission as confidential. We do not share it with third parties, we do not use it as a marketing case study without your written permission, and we do not include it in any public communication.
4. Limitation of liability
DauzAiDev provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the recommendations or rough estimates shared in response to this intake. Any commitments will be set out in a separate signed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DauzAiDev is registered. Any dispute arising from this intake will be resolved by good-faith discussion before any other remedy.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you submit the intake form is the version that governs that submission. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.
