What we collect
- Contact information — your name, email, company, and the channels you chose for follow-up.
- Project context — every answer you gave in the intake form.
- Technical metadata — your IP address and user-agent string, stored alongside the submission to help us detect spam.
How we use it
- To reply to you about your project.
- To draft initial project documents (PRD, architecture, data model) based on your answers.
- To improve our intake process — anonymised, aggregated patterns only.
How we don't use it
- We do not sell your information to third parties.
- We do not share it with anyone outside the DauzAiDev team without your explicit written permission.
- We do not use it for marketing automation without your opt-in.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored on infrastructure we operate directly (Linode, United States region). Access is restricted to the DauzAiDev team. We do not use third-party CRM or marketing-automation tools for raw intake submissions.
How long we keep it
For up to 24 months from submission, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or unless we begin an active engagement (in which case the project contract governs retention).
Your rights
- Right to access — request a copy of everything we have about you.
- Right to rectification — ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Right to erasure — ask us to delete your submission.
- Right to portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.

Cookies
This intake form uses one cookie-equivalent (browser sessionStorage) to remember which step you were on, so you can return to it within the same browser session. We do not use analytics cookies on this page.
Changes to this policy
The version of this policy shown when you submit the intake form is the version that governs your submission. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when material changes are made.
